Adult Chocolate and Wine Affair!
Learn about two of the most sensual aphrodisiacs, wine and chocolate, from Truffle Master Eleanor Joseph of Eleanor Joseph Confections and Cory Whalen, Winemaker at Su Vino Winery in Scottsdale. Learn how to scoop, hand-roll, dip and dress your favorite gourmet balls of chocolate. Eleanor and Cory will lead you on a journey of the senses with a variety of wines, pairing them with chocolates of various percentages of cocoa tantalizing your palette for a sensuous experience.
- Participants will make their own truffles using Eleanor’s secret recipe
- Learn wine fundamentals from Cory
- Enjoy wine tasting with chocolates and experience how different percentages of cacao affect the wine!
Classes are limited to 24 people
$50/person – wine tasting included
